Job Description
The Sr. Product Manager supports the performance, growth, and lifecycle management of assigned products within the Air-Cooled Magnetic Bearing Portfolio. This product offering plays a critical role in supporting the data center industry and broader mechanical cooling infrastructure, placing it at the center of one of the fastest-growing markets globally
Data center industry experience is highly preferred and considered a key success factor for this role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data center customers, buying behavior, cooling infrastructure requirements, and emerging industry trends influencing mission-critical environments.
This is a fast-paced, highly dynamic role requiring close collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Customer-facing teams to ensure products meet customer needs, operational requirements, and business objectives. The Product Manager is responsible for gathering customer insights, driving continuous improvement activities, supporting new product development, maintaining product documentation, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualificaitons
- Strong experience within the Data Center industry, including understanding customer buying behavior, market dynamics, cooling infrastructure, and major hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated experience supporting products or solutions serving mission-critical environments.
- Experience driving product innovation, growth strategy, and market expansion within a high-growth business segment.
- Experience within HVAC, thermal management, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with pricing tools, CRM systems, and product management software.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Engineering, Business, or related field).
Work Location & Flexibility
Monday through Thursday, employees are expected to work onsite and collaborate closely with colleagues. Friday work location is flexible based on business needs and travel schedules. Additional flexibility may be provided during periods of customer travel, site visits, or business-related travel requirements.
