Seven Executive are partnering with a well-established international packaging business that supplies premium packaging solutions to some of the world’s leading consumer brands.
Due to continued growth, the business is looking to appoint a commercially focused Business Development Manager to help expand its presence within the Personal Care, Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Fragrance, and Wellness sectors across North America.
This is a strategic growth role focused on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities with brand owners, contract manufacturers, and key decision-makers throughout the beauty and personal care market.
The Opportunity
This role will focus on building relationships with both existing and prospective customers, helping brands elevate their packaging through innovative, high-quality solutions.
You will be supported by a highly respected international manufacturing platform with strong technical capabilities, an established reputation for quality, and the ability to deliver premium packaging solutions to some of the most recognised brands in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on the personal care and cosmetics sector.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with brand owners and contract manufacturers.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across marketing, procurement, packaging development, and operations teams.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to commercial agreement and launch.
- Collaborate with internal technical, operational, and customer service teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain visibility of market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales or business development experience within packaging, printing, labels, or related industries.
- Experience selling into the Personal Care, Cosmetics, Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, Wellness, or Consumer Goods sectors.
- Strong track record of winning new business and developing strategic customer relationships.
- Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to engage with both creative and technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable travelling to customer sites throughout North America.
