About the Opportunity
A high-growth fiber and telecommunications infrastructure provider operating across 8 U.S. states is seeking a commercially driven CRO/CSO to lead its next phase of expansion. Following rapid year-on-year growth, the business is now focused on scaling residential fiber subscriptions, optimizing sales execution, and accelerating indirect channel performance.
Reporting directly to the President, this executive will own end-to-end revenue performance across internal sales teams and a large third-party partner ecosystem.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end revenue strategy for residential fiber and telecom services
- Performance of internal sales teams (call center door-to-door)
- Expansion and optimization of indirect/channel partner networks
- Sales structure, KPIs, forecasting, and performance management
- Building and scaling a high-performance telecom sales organization
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success scaling revenue in fiber, broadband, or telecom environments
- Strong experience in high-volume field sales and/or indirect channel models
- Background in FTTH / ISP / telecommunications strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable commercial structures in high-growth settings
- Hands-on leadership style with strong execution focus and commercial discipline
