Role Summary

ServiceMaster by Singer is hiring a highly organized, systems-driven Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage payment workflows across insurance carriers, mortgage companies, and client accounts.

This role is built on consistent execution of proven processes, strong communication, and disciplined follow-through.

• Documenting all activity clearly and completely
• Maintaining control of each account through consistent, organized follow-up

This is not a role for improvisation.

What You Will Own

• Managing accounts through defined, multi-step payment workflows
• Coordinating with insurance carriers, mortgage companies, and property owners
• Executing consistent follow-up routines until payment is completed
• Maintaining accurate and complete documentation across all systems
• Identifying stalled accounts and taking structured action to move them forward
• Ensuring invoice accuracy and proper job costing alignment

Operating Standards (Non-Negotiable)

• Follow established processes and procedures without deviation
• Maintain consistent daily follow-up activity across all assigned accounts
• Document every call, interaction, and update
• Capture and record:
• • Full name of contact
  • Direct phone number
  • Key details of every conversation
• Maintain organized, audit-ready records at all times

Required Experience

• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable
• Experience using QuickBooks

Experience with multi-party payment processes (insurance, mortgage, escrow)
