At ServiceMaster by Singer, our Project Coordinators are responsible for managing active restoration projects from start to finish.
You will be responsible for managing multiple active clients at once and ensuring nothing stalls from intake through completion.
You will coordinate between:
- customers
- insurance carriers
- project managers
- field teams
If communication breaks down or documentation is incomplete, the job fails.
What You Will Do
- Own each client from first call through project completion
- Coordinate scheduling across mitigation, contents, testing, and construction
- Maintain accurate documentation for billing and compliance
- Communicate clearly with customers, adjusters, and internal teams
- Keep jobs moving and prevent delays
- Manage multiple active files at once across different stages
