Service Specialists recruiting agency is seeking a UI Designer/Web Designer for a well-established marketing agency. This role focuses on designing modern, high-performing web experiences and applications for a variety of digital products. The ideal candidate is a strong designer first, with bonus points for coding experience or a willingness to grow technically. This is a collaborative, hands-on role working closely with developers and leadership on meaningful software and web projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces for websites, applications, and digital products
- Own the look and feel of web-based platforms and software applications
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Contribute to UI standards, component libraries, and design consistency across projects
- Participate in project planning and creative discussions with cross-functional teams
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability considerations, and technical constraints
Qualifications
- Strong experience in UI and web design
- Solid understanding of modern web design principles and best practices
- Experience designing for applications and software products is a major plus
- Bonus: working knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or front-end frameworks
- Open to candidates who are:
- Strong designers with some coding exposure OR
- Strong coders who are eager to be trained further in web/UI design
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team
