We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a true right hand to a founder. This is a high-impact role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and energized by keeping both business and personal operations running seamlessly. This position blends traditional executive support with personal assistant responsibilities and requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.

About the Role

You will work directly with the founder to manage priorities, streamline communication, and ensure day-to-day operations are executed efficiently. The right person will bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to both professional and personal responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendar, scheduling, and coordination of meetings

• Oversee and organize email inbox and communications

• Track priorities, capture tasks, and ensure follow-through

• Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements

• Assist with organization and tracking of personal finances

• Handle a wide range of personal and administrative tasks

• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
