Experienced Vinyl Siding Installation Crew
Job Location: Mesick, MI
Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company seeking an experienced vinyl siding installation crew for a full residential siding replacement project. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews that consistently deliver quality workmanship become our preferred partners for recurring work across the country.
Scope of Work
The selected crew will complete a partial exterior vinyl siding replacement on a single-family home.
Responsibilities include:
- Protect landscaping, decks, walkways, windows, and doors before work begins.
- Remove existing siding, and related accessories.
- Dispose of all demolition debris off-site.
- Inspect exposed walls for damaged sheathing, water intrusion, missing weather barrier, and other concealed issues.
- Install or repair house wrap and flash all windows, doors, and wall penetrations.
- Install new premium vinyl siding system.
- Install flashing tape, drip cap flashing, and weatherproof all penetrations.
- Reinstall exterior accessories including light blocks, electrical mounts, hose bibs, dryer vents, and other fixtures.
- Maintain manufacturer installation standards for fastening, expansion, panel alignment, and straight courses.
- Perform daily cleanup and leave the property clean upon completion.
Project Priority
The crew must prioritize:
- South Elevation (highest priority)
- North Elevation
Job Details
- North and South (highest priority) elevations for now.
- Materials will be ordered before mobilization
- All work performed to manufacturer specifications
- Crew must provide daily progress updates
- Before, during, and after photos are required
- Opportunity for additional Sentri Homes projects upon successful completion
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of residential vinyl siding installation experience
- Experience installing house wrap, flashing, and vinyl siding systems
- Must have all necessary siding installation tools
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to haul away demolition debris
- OSHA-safe ladder and scaffold practices
- Ability to identify and report concealed structural damage
- Must produce clean, professional workmanship
- Must communicate effectively with the Project Manager
- Before, during, and after photos are required for each phase of the project
Pay
$2500.00
- Net 7 payment terms
