Front Porch Addition –
Job Location: Evans, GA 30809
Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled laborers to help complete our projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Site preparation and excavation for new covered front porch addition (approx. 90 SF, 15'-0" x 6'-0")
- Concrete footings and foundation, including slab with turndown per plans
- Wood framing, including 8x8 posts, beam, and ledger tie-in to existing structure
- Roof framing and roofing to match existing (asphalt shingles, felt, drip edge)
- Exterior finishes: siding, fascia/soffit, and stone/masonry wainscot to match existing home
- Gutters/downspouts as required
- Minor electrical: install 2 exterior weatherproof light fixtures, wired to interior switches
JOB DETAILS
- Full architectural plan set available (9 sheets: cover, site plan, floor layout, dimension plan, elevations, cross section, slab edge plan, roof plan, electrical plan), prepared by a licensed design firm
- Building permit has already been pulled for this project
- Contractor is responsible for sourcing and supplying all materials per the plan set

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of trade experience
- Must have tools necessary to complete the job
- Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris
- Take before, during, and after photos
PAY
A flat rate of $10,000 for the project
Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period.
