Attic Ladder Installation — Skilled Carpenter/Handyman Needed
Job Location: York, ME
Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled laborers to help complete our projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Remove existing damaged wood attic pull-down ladder (bent hinge, won't close)
- Demo and install new adjustable aluminum attic pull-down ladder, sized to fit ceiling height (~8 ft)
- Adjust attic opening as needed to fit new ladder — older ranch-style home
- Haul away and dispose of old ladder and all debris
- Take before, during, and after photos
JOB DETAILS
- Single-family residential home, older construction
- Ceiling height approx. 8 ft
- Start date: TBD, pending material delivery
- Estimated duration: 1 day
- Point of contact: Project Manager (see below)
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of trade experience
- Must have tools necessary to complete the job
- Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris
- Take before, during, and after photos
PAY
$500
Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period.
