Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced, licensed roofing contractor or crew to complete a residential architectural shingle roof replacement in Saint Louis, MO. This is a straightforward tear-off and reroof - no siding or gutter work included in this job.
Scope of Work:
- Complete tear-off and disposal of existing asphalt shingle roof
- Install new architectural/dimensional shingles
- Install new drip edge around full roof perimeter
- Install premium synthetic underlayment
- Inspect and repair roof decking as needed (up to 50 sq ft included; homeowner has one known trouble spot near office/garage area to assess)
- Install ice and water shield at eaves, valleys, and penetrations
- Install new ridge ventilator system (2 turbine vents to reinstall/replace)
- Step flashing at all wall junctions and chimney
- Replace vent pipe stack and install new EPDM pipe boot
- Install gutter apron (gutters themselves are NOT part of this job — homeowner is keeping existing gutters)
- Full site cleanup and debris removal/haul-away
Requirements:
- 1 years of roofing installation experience
- Own tools and transportation to job site
- Comfortable communicating professionally with homeowner if any questions arise on-site
Pay: $2,100.00 per day
