Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Siding Installer to join our team for a residential LP SmartSide siding project. This is a paid contractor position for skilled professionals who take pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Project Scope
- Install approximately 2,800 sq. ft. of LP SmartSide engineered wood shake siding.
- Install Royal PVC trim, corners, J-channel, and SureEdge trim boards.
- Install SmartFlash metal pan flashing and Cortex collated fasteners.
- Properly flash and finish around windows, doors, and all exterior transitions.
- Use scaffolding and follow all OSHA safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, professional job site.
Requirements
- Experience installing LP SmartSide, fiber cement, vinyl, wood, or similar siding products.
- Ability to read plans and perform accurate layout and installation.
- Own basic siding installation tools.
- Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
