Job Description:

Looking for an experienced carpenter or general contractor to close off a doorway opening and convert it into a permanent interior wall. This is a small, straightforward residential job — no major structural work involved.

Scope of Work:

  • Frame new interior wall
  • Install R-19 insulation for sound dampening (converting former kitchen/dining room opening)
  • Air seal around wall edges
  • Hang drywall on both sides
  • Tape and mud seams
  • Final cleanup

Requirements:

  • Experience with framing, insulation, and drywall finishing
  • Own tools and transportation
  • Reliable must show up on scheduled date

Pay: $500.00 per day

Work Location: In person
