Exterior Siding Installer – TruLog Steel Log Siding
Job Location: Charleston, WV
Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled laborers to help complete our projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Remove and dispose of approximately 1,200 sq. ft. of existing exterior siding; protect existing brick veneer, landscaping, driveway, windows, and surrounding property throughout
- Inspect wall sheathing after removal and replace up to 40 sq. ft. of deteriorated sheathing (allowance included; notify before any repairs beyond allowance)
- Install approximately 1,200 sq. ft. of 2" rigid foam board insulation over existing sheathing; tape and seal all joints
- Install weather-resistant barrier and all required flashing prior to siding
- Install approximately 1,200 sq. ft. of TruLog Steel Log Siding (Hickory) with all starter strips, corner trim, J-channel, transitions, closures, and manufacturer-approved accessories, per TruLog specs siding installed around existing brick veneer (brick stays exposed); existing window trim to remain
- Remove existing rear hollow-core door and install one new solid steel exterior security door (no glass) with new weatherstripping, threshold adjustments, and hardware
- Full cleanup: haul away all debris, magnet sweep for fasteners, leave property broom clean
JOB DETAILS
- Single-family residential exterior; approximately 1,200 sq. ft. of siding
- Start date: approximately 10 days after deposit and material ordering; scheduled after signed agreement received
- All materials supplied: TruLog siding (Hickory), 2" rigid foam insulation, weather barrier, flashing package, trim/accessory package, 40 sq. ft. sheathing repair allowance, and one solid steel exterior door

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of trade experience
- Must have tools necessary to complete the job

PAY
$7,000 for the complete project
Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period.
Pay: $7,000.00 per week
