Schedule: Full-Time
Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience)
Senior Suites at St. Clair Commons is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health & Wellness Director to lead our clinical and wellness operations. This leadership role ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and a positive, supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Develop, implement, and oversee resident health and wellness programs that align with facility standards and state requirements.
- Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and support nursing and caregiving staff to ensure exceptional care and teamwork.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Ohio Department of Health and federal healthcare regulations, clinical standards, and facility policies.
- Budget Oversight: Manage department staffing, supply usage, and clinical budget to ensure efficiency and high-quality performance.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Must hold a current LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio (required).
- Education: Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Education, Community Health, or related healthcare field preferred.
- Experience: Prior leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare wellness setting required.
- Skills Needed:
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care approach
- Effective leadership, coaching, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in assessment, care planning, and staff coordination
- Organizational and documentation skills
- Budget and scheduling management experience
