Lead daily operations and support department managers/staff.
Ensure compliance with Ohio Department of Health residential care regulations.

Qualifications:
21 years of age.
Meet one of the following Ohio requirements: LNHA license, 3,000 hours in senior living/healthcare operations, bachelor’s degree or 100 credit hours in healthcare/gerontology, or licensed health professional (RN, LPN, therapist, etc.).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
