The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Marketing & Communications department, helping ensure campaigns, financial tracking, merchandise activity, and departmental workflows are organized, accurate, and completed on schedule. This role is responsible for maintaining campaign materials and timelines, coordinating marketing assets, supporting event-level financial reconciliation, and assisting with merchandise operations for select Center-presented engagements.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced performing arts environment. This position requires strong communication skills, accuracy with financial and administrative details, and the ability to work collaboratively across marketing, ticketing, audience services, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support successful campaigns and positive patron experiences.
Job Duties
- Oversee event-level marketing financials by gathering invoices, reconciling expenses — including media buys, print materials, mailings, and other marketing activations — and preparing marketing settlements for review by marketing operations manager.
- Coordinate the collection, organization, and maintenance of marketing assets, including photography, video, artist biographies, production information, approved copy, creative files, campaign materials, and marketing representative contact information.
- Support merchandise operations for applicable Center-presented engagements by assisting with product orders, vendor communication, inventory counts, sales tracking, staff scheduling, on-site materials, and post-engagement reconciliation.
- Utilizing Monday.com maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, departmental tracking documents, and shared files to help ensure campaigns move through the department efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with public-facing events, community activations, promotional opportunities, and on-site marketing needs by coordinating collateral, staffing schedules, materials, signage, and post-event follow-up.
- Provide organizational and administrative support for department leadership as needed.
