Position – Manufacturing Technician Team Leader
Job Location – Oconomowoc, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (7:00am – 3:30pm) Mon-Fri
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $20/hr

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1 year of experience
Responsibilities
- Must exhibit the core values of Lake Country Manufacturing (Learning, Trust, Family, Teamwork, Entrepreneurial Spirit)
- Executing supervisor’s daily work instructions in a timely manner.
- Mechanical and Machine Repair (must have work history in machine repair)
- Meeting or exceeding productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
- Lifting and carrying materials (up to 50lbs.) as needed
- Operating material handling equipment such as Fork lifts, hand jacks, and wheeled carts safely in tight quarters. Restocking work areas with supplies is key for this role.
- Maintaining the work area keeping it clean, safe, and organized
Qualifications
- Strong basic mathematics skills
- The ability to effectively utilize basic measuring devices.
- Ability to learn each machine and trouble shoot the machines to keep them operational.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
