POSITION – Production Support

JOB LOCATION – New Richmond, WI

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 

1st shift, 6:00 am-3:30 pm Monday through Thursday, 6:30 am to 10:30 pm on Friday

2nd shift, 3:30pm-1:30am Monday through Thursday

STARTING PAY – $19.00-$21.00 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED

As a Production Operator, your main role is to manufacture products and keep production running smoothly. Typical responsibilities include:

·        Operate production equipment and machines used to cut, shape, or assemble foam products

·        Fabricate, laminate, and assemble foam or vinyl parts to meet specifications

·        Package finished goods and prepare them for shipping

·        Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and measurements

·        Use tools like tape measures and basic material-handling equipment

·        Move materials using pallet jacks, dollies, or carts

·        Maintain a clean and safe work environment

·        Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Work environment

·        Fast-paced manufacturing setting

·        May not be temperature-controlled (can be hot/cold depending on season)

·        Requires standing for long periods

·        Regular lifting (often up to ~50 lbs)

Skills & requirements

·        High school diploma or GED

·        Ability to read prints/work orders and use a tape measure

·        Basic problem-solving skills

·        Good communication and teamwork

·        Reliable attendance

·        Manufacturing experience is helpful but not always required

Shifts

·        1st shift: ~5:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Thu)

·        2nd shift: Usually late afternoon to overnight (varies, often ~3:30 PM – 1:30 AM or later)
