Job Location – Milwaukee, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp to hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) –  1st Shift (7:00am – 3:00pm)
Starting Pay – $24 an hour

Job Summary
The Data Fulfillment Specialist creates and submits critical quality and compliance documentation (PPAPs, IMDS, REACH, RoHS) to secure product approvals. You will work directly with customers and their online portals to ensure all manufacturing and environmental standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- PPAP Coordination: Assemble, customize, and submit PPAP packages, ensuring drawings and certifications are accurate.
- Compliance Reporting: Prepare statements for REACH, RoHS, and Prop 65; manage submissions in the IMDS system.
- Data Management: Maintain the PPAP Master List and ensure all documentation aligns with ISO/IATF quality standards.
- Customer Support: Navigate customer websites to fulfill requirements and follow up on pending approvals.
- Process Improvement: Support audit activities and help develop more efficient work instructions.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 1–2 years of related experience preferred (Quality or Administrative).
- Technical Skills: Ability to read technical prints and perform basic math.
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel, Adobe, and JDE (or similar ERP systems).
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and ability to work occasional overtime.
