We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a University Recruiter in Austin, TX . This will be a 6-month contract role.

Join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team to spearhead high-volume recruiting for new college graduates (NCG) and interns. This is a fast-paced, onsite role in Austin focused on implementing innovative strategies to attract and onboard top-tier university talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume university and intern positions, ensuring a high -quality candidate experience.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and campus engagement tactics to attract top talent.
• Act as the primary "Campus Owner" for target universities, fostering strong ties with career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
• Screen high volumes of resumes to identify qualified candidates for various entry-level and intern tracks.
• Facilitate interview loops and lead debrief sessions with hiring managers to drive alignment on final selections.
• Maintain accurate, real-time candidate records and recruitment metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Partner with University Relations to coordinate logistics for campus events, career fairs, and branding initiatives.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 1–4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, specifically in a corporate or high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for New College Grads (NCG) and Intern programs.
• Proven ability to manage high-requisition loads and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both students and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in recruitment databases, sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and market conditions.
  
  

Pay Range

• Pay range for this position will be $ 41.67 to $ 46.67 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
