We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a Recruiter Business Partner. This position will be a 12 -month contract role with the potential for extension, and can be based in Seattle WA , Arlington VA or Nashville TN .

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and high-priority roles
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define job requirements, interview processes, and hiring criteria
• Drive end-to-end recruiting efforts, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience
• Analyze recruiting data and metrics to inform decisions and improve hiring outcomes
• Provide insights on talent market trends, competitor activity, and hiring challenges
• Support and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and processes
• Manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, onsite environment
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers through check-ins and progress updates
• Take ownership of assigned recruiting activities while also incorporating feedback and direction from leadership
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field (recruiting experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) and general computer skills
• Familiarity with web browsers and basic technical tools (e.g., Firefox or similar platforms)
• Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve recruiting outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability in completing tasks and meeting goals
• Interest in or understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring
• Ability to work onsite full-time (Monday–Friday, standard business hours)
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with regular feedback and check-ins
  
  

Pay Range

• Pay range for this position will be $ 33.66 - $ 38.66 . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
