We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiter II in Seattle, WA or Austin, TX . This will be a 6 -month contract role with the potential to extend.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for a variety of corporate roles (e.g., marketing, sales, program management, business analysis, vendor management, risk).
• Conduct phone screens and pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build strong talent pipelines.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
• Track and analyze recruiting data to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent sourcing.
• Experience hiring for corporate roles such as marketing, sales, program management, business analysis, or similar functions.
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search techniques.
• Experience conducting behavioral interviews and coaching candidates through the interview process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use data to drive decisions.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Agency recruiting experience is a plus.
  
  

Pay Range

• Pay range for this position will be $ 47.47 to $ 52.47 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
