ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a detail-oriented, motivated professional looking to break into recruiting while gaining exposure to staffing operations? Search Services is seeking a Recruiting & Operations Assistant to support our team. This is a unique opportunity to learn the full lifecycle of recruiting while also gaining hands-on experience in the operational side of the staffing world.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple roles
- Support day-to-day staffing operation workflows
- Serve as backup for operational processes when needed
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Maintain candidate databases and recruiting trackers
- Handle correspondence with candidates and hiring managers
- Work closely with recruiters and leadership to support hiring goals
- Contribute to process improvements and overall team efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0–3 years of office, administrative, or HR-related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Confident, proactive, and willing to go above and beyond
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in recruiting, staffing, or HR with a desire to grow
