The Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily operations by providing reliable administrative and operational assistance. This position ensures accurate recordkeeping, smooth communication, and overall efficiency within the installation team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine data entry
- Maintain accurate records within internal software systems
- Provide administrative support such as organizing documents and managing correspondence
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Serve as backup support for other team members
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures when handling sensitive information
