es:• Oversee daily accounting operations and manage the month-end close proc

ess• Review and prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial stateme

nts• Analyze financial performance, including P&L and balance sheet varian

ces• Lead cost and inventory accounting functi

ons• Partner with operations to provide insights and improve financial performa

nce• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with accounting standa

rds
Qualificati

ons:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Fin

ance• 5 years of progressive accounting experi

ence• CPA required or working towards

one.• Prior leadership or supervisory experience prefe

rred• Strong Excel and financial analysis sk

ills• Experience with cost and inventory accounting is highly prefe

rred• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environ
