What You’ll Do
- As an Store Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Store in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Leading and motivating the team to provide outstanding customer service.
- Assisting with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and standards, including cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Training and coaching team members to achieve their best performance.
- Help manage the store social media and marketing.
- Helping to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both customers and employees.
What We’re Looking For
- To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in retail, food service, or a similar environment.
