What You’ll Do:
- Lead, train, and inspire an amazing team of baristas and staff.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the coffee flows smoothly and customer satisfaction is top-notch.
- Manage inventory, stock, and equipment to keep everything running like a well-oiled espresso machine.
- Cultivate a welcoming environment that keeps our customers coming back for more.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and ensure everyone leaves with a smile.
- Maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous management or supervisory experience in food & beverage or retail is a plus.
- A love for coffee and a desire to share that passion with others.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while keeping a cool head.
- Flexibility with shifts—early mornings, weekends, and holidays might be part of the schedule.
