Currently hiring - Open 4:45am - 4pm Monday - Friday
This position is a 100% in-person role. The successful candidate will be expected to work in person on all scheduled workdays and must reside in Omaha, NE.
Description
The Barista creates a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products. This role is responsible for performing all job duties in a manner consistent with current company processes and procedures and maintaining all food safety and sanitation standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and connect with each customer
- Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products
- Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion
- Manage cash drawer while following established cash handling procedures
- Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
- Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
- Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas
- Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer
Qualifications
- No previous experience necessary
- Works well in team environment
- Positive attitude and passion for working with people
- Commitment to safty
- Commitment to master brand recipes and techniques
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple duties
Physical Demands and Environment
Able to meet the following physical demands, either with or without a reasonable accommodation:
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Stand for extended periods of time throughout a day
- Lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 pounds frequently throughout a day
- Sit, stoop, climb, kneel, and crouch occasionally throughout a day
