Director of Sales
Remote Regular Customer Travel | Some Travel to HQ
Are you a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader with experience in the vehicle industry? We're looking for a Director of Sales to lead commercial growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and drive long-term success across OEM and Tier 1 accounts.
What You’ll Do
• Own and expand a portfolio of automotive OEM and Tier 1 relationships
• Lead commercial strategy, pricing, and customer engagement efforts
• Visit customers regularly across North America (remote role with travel)
• Spend additional time at the main office during onboarding, transitioning to flexible visits over time
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and executive leadership
• Prepare for future advancement through a succession plan into a global leadership role
What You Bring
• Proven success selling into the automotive sector, especially OEMs and Tier 1s
• Working knowledge of automotive quality and process standards (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, etc.)
• Experience selling engine components or other precision, performance-critical parts (preferred)
• Ability to engage senior-level technical and purchasing teams
• A growth-minded leadership approach and strong commercial acumen
