Project Manager (Technology) - Part-time position
CLIENT ASSOCIATION: Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship Accreditation Council, EUFAC (50%)
POSITION(S) REPORTS TO: Executive Director, EUFAC

EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEE STATUS: Exempt, Part-time (20 hours per week), benefits eligible
ROLE TYPE/LEVEL: Mid-Level (Non-Supervisory)
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Manages technology projects and processes related to the EUFAC Advanced Emergency Medicine Ultrasonography (AEMUS) fellowship accreditation including but not limited to: Working with Drupal developer and EDI technology teams to customize application portal and create reports for the EUFAC accreditation system. Ensuring upkeep of EUFAC informational website. Development of custom reports to assist in ensuring EUFAC’s ability for consistent accreditation decisions based on published Advanced Emergency Medicine Ultrasonography (AEMUS) Program Requirements.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Approximately 1 week per year.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in related field. Ability to professionally communicate with developers discussing projects utilizing a variety of software products, including Drupal, Nimble, WordPress. Willingness to acquire additional programming/computer/reporting skills to efficiently manage projects. Computer proficiency, outstanding organizational and communication skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Lifting 20 – 30 lbs. may occasionally be required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This is a full-time position located in our office in downtown Milwaukee, WI and a minimum of two days onsite in the office (including Wednesday as an all-staff-in-office day) are a requirement of the role.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with contracted Drupal developer to implement custom modules on the EUFAC application portal
- Test new and updated feature of the EUFAC portal
- Determine areas for improvement of EUFAC portal processes
- Develop reports to track accreditation decisions and historical data for future reference
- Maintain timelines and work with Drupal developer, EUFAC Executive Director, and EUFAC Chair to timely set up and implement Annual questionnaires and new application forms
- Coordinate future technology projects and work with Executive Director on budgets and timelines
- Provide technical support for EUFAC virtual and in-person meetings
- Manage upkeep and security measures for EUFAC informational site
- Work with subject matter experts to manage integration of EUFAC portal data into Nimble AMS
- Attend EUFAC review meetings
- Every three years, provide support for the review and update of Advanced Emergency Medicine Ultrasonography (AEMUS) program requirements as required by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
- Provide backup for the Executive Director when needed
- Other duties as assigned.
