Hiring: Automotive Aftermarket Sales Manager
Remote (U.S.) | Travel 50–70%
A leading aftermarket supplier is seeking an experienced, self-driven Sales Manager to grow business with major warehouse distributors, retailers, buying groups, jobbers, and online channels (Amazon, eBay).

Key Responsibilities
• Grow sales with national/regional WDs, retailers, and buying groups
• Prospect and close new accounts at corporate regional levels
• Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships
• Develop strategic account plans—forecasts, pricing, programs
• Support e-commerce growth (content, promotions, catalog data)
• Deliver product presentations, line reviews, and training
• Gather competitive/market intel and identify growth opportunities

Required Experience
• 5 years in automotive aftermarket sales or key account management
• Direct experience with wheel hub bearings, wheel end, chassis, or braking
• Strong relationships or experience with WDs/retailers (NAPA, AutoZone, O’Reilly, Advance, etc.)
• Proven new-account acquisition and strategic planning skills
• E-commerce marketplace experience (Amazon, eBay) is a strong plus
• Independent, organized, and able to manage a field-based role
