• Manage Accounting and AR/AP
Background Requirements
• BA in Accounting
• 5 years experience in accounting leadership
• Very knowledgeable in GAAP/ FASB
• Experience with Accounting and ERP systems (ie. SAP, Microsoft, EPICOR, Infor, Sage, QAD, Quickbooks, etc.)
• Knowledge in Cost Manufacturing Accounting
• Knowledge in SOX beneficial
• Working in Manufacturing environment
Job Responsibilities
• Preparing financial reports, forecasts, operating plans, etc.
• Ensuring no financial risks are being taken
• Overseeing GL, Reconciliations, Journal Entries, etc.
• Developing Long Range Planning
• Tracking plant performance and cost reduction
• Involved with Audits
• Complete financial transactions, transmissions, etc.
• Monthly, Quarterly and Year-end Closings
