• Engineering degree

• Experience effectively leading a team in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with implementing strategies, developing org charts

• Continuous Improvement experience

• Strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities

• Managing production and engineering teams

• Effectively delegate

• Collaborate with cross-function teams

• Analyze production capacity and identify areas of improvement

• Generate production reports

• Review standards for quality and productivity

• Implement Continuous Improvements and Lean Manufacturing

• Assist staff and offer training where needed

• Coach and mentor

• Motivate staff
