I’m partnering with a highly stable, employee-owned (ESOP) metals company to hire an Inside Sales Manager to oversee and grow long-standing customer accounts. What You’ll Do
• Lead and develop an inside sales team supporting long-term customer accounts
• Manage day-to-day sales activity for metal components and industrial product lines
• Build strong relationships with customers in the metals, foundry, and automotive cast-parts space
• Drive growth, retention, and exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with leadership to create strategy, pricing, and forecasting
