- Cultivate, steward, and maintain relationships with individual donors and families
- Assist with donor outreach, solicitations, acknowledgements, and stewardship activities
- Plan, coordinate, and support fundraising events and donor engagement activities
- Maintain accurate donor records, reports, and communications within the CRM (Virtuous or similar)
- Partner with leadership and program teams to align fundraising activities with organizational goals
- Develop donor-facing materials, communications, and presentations
- Track fundraising progress and support reporting on gifts and donor engagement
- Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a focus on individual giving and donor relations
- Experience planning or supporting fundraising events and donor engagement initiatives
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfort working with donor management systems or CRMs (Virtuous preferred)
- Highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented
- Mission-driven and aligned with faith-based values
- Ability to work onsite and engage directly with donors and stakeholders
