Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Risk & Compliance Manager on behalf of a nationally recognized, rapidly growing healthcare organization. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Scottsdale, Arizona, supporting a dynamic and expanding franchise network.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Risk & Compliance Manager will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk across a national, franchise-based healthcare organization. This position partners closely with legal leadership and cross-functional teams to support compliance initiatives, new business ventures, and enterprise risk management efforts. The ideal candidate brings experience navigating risk and compliance within regulated environments and enjoys working cross-functionally to support business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and assess risk across business initiatives, partnerships, and operations
- Partner with legal and internal teams on franchising activity, transactions, and strategic programs
- Support development and maintenance of corporate and healthcare compliance programs
- Monitor regulatory changes and translate requirements into actionable guidance
- Assist with healthcare compliance, including patient privacy and data security considerations
- Participate in cybersecurity response and enterprise risk initiatives
- Support investigation and resolution of claims, including patient-related incidents
- Assist with litigation support and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain insurance programs and support claims tracking and reporting
- Contribute to enterprise risk management framework development and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in risk management, compliance, legal operations, or related field
- Background within a regulated or franchise-based environment preferred
- Strong understanding of regulatory and corporate risk considerations
- Ability to assess risk and provide practical, business-aligned solutions
- Experience working cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, and IT teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, retirement plan, and paid time off.
