Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Fundraising Manager to lead and execute fundraising events in the Blaine area. This role is responsible for overseeing event planning, team coordination, donor engagement, and on-site execution to support nonprofit campaigns and community initiatives.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable leading a team, and experienced in fast-paced, public-facing environments. This is a leadership-focused position that combines event coordination, fundraising strategy, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage local charity fundraising events
- Lead and train event staff and volunteers
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup and breakdown
- Engage with community members and donors at live events
- Track fundraising goals and ensure event performance targets are met
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and community organizations
- Provide post-event reporting and performance analysis
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in event management, fundraising, marketing, or leadership preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
