You’ll work alongside experienced finance partners on complex, high-value transactions, including:
- Leveraged finance
- Structured finance
- Banking & credit facilities
- Private equity–backed transactions
- Corporate finance and related deal work
- BigLaw-level compensation (Cravath scale)
- More reasonable and sustainable hours expectations
- Opportunity to join at the early stages of a strategic Atlanta expansion
- Consistent, sophisticated deal flow from national clients and financial institutions
- Strong emphasis on mentorship, training, and long-term career development
- Hybrid flexibility (typically 3–4 days in-office)
- Collegial, team-oriented culture with low ego and high collaboration
- 2–8 years of experience in:
- Finance / banking
- Leveraged or structured finance
- Corporate finance or related transactional work
- Background from AmLaw firms or highly regarded boutiques
- Excellent law school credentials
- Experience working on complex, multi-party transactions
- Interest in joining a growing office with leadership visibility and advancement potential
- Admission or Eligibility for admission into Georgia State Bar
- Candidates with Corporate or Commercial Real Estate Transactional experience are also considered
