Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Executive Assistant – Litigation & Employment for a growing, highly respected law firm client. This is an onsite position based in Englewood, Colorado.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This Executive Assistant role provides high-level support to three partners within litigation and employment law, serving as a strategic right hand in both administrative and operational functions. The position blends traditional executive support with marketing, client development, and communication responsibilities. This is an opportunity for a proactive professional to take ownership, streamline workflows, and directly impact the success of a high-performing legal team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support marketing and business development efforts, including preparing presentations and managing client-facing materials
- Serve as a liaison for internal and external communications, including screening client inquiries and coordinating with stakeholders
- Manage complex calendaring, scheduling, and travel for multiple partners in a fast-paced practice
- Handle billing support, expense reporting, and administrative workflow optimization
- Anticipate needs, remove operational bottlenecks, and proactively improve processes
- Provide adaptable, high-level support on special projects and evolving priorities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years supporting senior-level executives or partners in an Executive Assistant capacity
- Experience contributing to marketing, business development, or client-facing initiatives
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with high-level clients and stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, calendaring, and document management systems
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities independently
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $38.45 – $43.25, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and additional voluntary benefits.
