A fast-growing, national plaintiff-side platform is seeking a Litigation & Trial Leader to oversee its Pennsylvania market.
The Role:
- Lead a team of attorneys and staff
- Drive strategy on high-value PI cases from intake through trial
- Serve as a key decision-maker on case value, litigation approach, and outcomes
- Build and improve systems as the platform scales
What They Want:
- 5–10 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Pennsylvania Bar required
- Trial experience strong case management skills
- Leadership mindset (formal or emerging)
