Corporate Associate / Senior Corporate Attorney

About the Opportunity
A growing, highly regarded full-service business law firm is seeking a corporate associate (3–5 years) or senior attorney (8 years) to join its expanding Corporate Practice Group. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with strong deal flow, direct client access, and clear advancement potential. The firm offers a modern compensation model with no strict billable hour requirement, emphasizing performance, efficiency, and quality of work.
What You’ll Do
- Advise business clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters
- Support and lead M&A transactions, restructurings, and strategic deals
- Draft and negotiate:
- Operating and shareholder agreements
- Buy-sell and partnership agreements
- Commercial contracts and governance documents
- Counsel clients on entity structuring, compliance, and risk management
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients on complex, high-value matters
- (Senior level) Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to client development initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years OR 8 years of corporate/transactional experience
- Experience with M&A, entity formation/structuring, and contract drafting
- Strong analytical, drafting, and client-facing skills
- Texas or Colorado Bar admission (or eligibility)
- Business-minded, collaborative, and growth-oriented
