Pre-Litigation / Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney

What You’ll Do
- Manage pre-suit PI cases from intake through resolution
- Evaluate liability, damages, and case value
- Negotiate with insurance carriers to maximize recovery
- Maintain client communication and oversee case progress
- Prepare cases for litigation when needed

Who You Are
- 5–10 years of plaintiff PI experience (pre-lit preferred)
- Active Tennessee Bar (required)
- Strong in case valuation, negotiation, and client management
- Able to manage a high-volume caseload independently
