What You’ll Do

• Manage pre-suit PI cases from intake through resolution
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to maximize recovery
• Maintain client communication and oversee case progress
• Prepare cases for litigation when needed

Who You Are

• 5–10 years of plaintiff PI experience (pre-lit preferred)
• Active Tennessee Bar (required)
• Strong in case valuation, negotiation, and client management
• Able to manage a high-volume caseload independently
