Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $38.45 – $43.25 (based on experience)
- Quarterly Bonus: 8%–10% of realized revenue

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level administrative support to three partners
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination
- Prepare presentations, client materials, and internal documents
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence
- Screen and route incoming client inquiries
- Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and third parties
- Assist with billing, time entry, and expense reporting
- Prepare materials for meetings and case strategy sessions
- Anticipate needs and proactively remove administrative bottlenecks
What We’re Looking For
- 4 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders or partners
- Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendaring systems
Preferred Experience
- Supporting multiple partners or executives simultaneously
- Experience in litigation or employment law environments
- Handling high-volume scheduling and deadline management
- Client intake or call screening experience
Work Environment
This role is primarily in-office in Englewood, CO, with potential for hybrid flexibility based on experience and performance.
