This role works cross-functionally within the Amazon Division, collaborating with Planning, Marketing, Product Merchandising, and Operations to help drive growth, manage in-season business performance, and ensure seamless execution across both channels.
Account Management & Commercial Execution

This role works cross-functionally within the Amazon Division, collaborating with Planning, Marketing, Product Merchandising, and Operations to help drive growth, manage in-season business performance, and ensure seamless execution across both channels.
Account Management & Commercial Execution
- Serve as the lead commercial contact across Amazon and Zappos, owning the day-to-day business relationship and leading key conversations around annual terms, promotional funding, growth plans, and issue resolution
- Present assortments, seasonal strategies, and key product launches to Amazon and Zappos teams, driving alignment around priority styles, marketing support, and commercial opportunities
- Drive seasonal buys, external buy-in, promotional calendars, markdown strategies, pricing actions, and in-season initiatives to support sales, margin, and inventory goals
- Identify whitespace opportunities, emerging trends, and growth initiatives across both channels, partnering with Merchandising to help develop into those opportunities
- Partner closely with Planning, Marketing, Product Merchandising, and Operations to align on launches, inventory flow, replenishment opportunities, promotional support, and overall business priorities
- Monitor business performance, inventory positions, and order flow to proactively identify risks and opportunities across the business
- Act as a key cross-functional lead to help ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution across launches, inventory flow, and promotional initiatives
- Troubleshoot issues related to orders, launches, promotions, inventory flow, and operational execution while helping drive timely solutions across teams
- 8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Buying, Merchandising, Marketplace Commerce, or other highly commercial, customer-facing roles within footwear or apparel
- Deep understanding of the Amazon 1P business model, including vendor negotiations, promotional strategy, operational execution, and in-season business management; prior experience required
- Footwear or apparel experience strongly preferred, with a strong understanding of seasonal merchandising and product lifecycles
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to balance topline growth, margin, inventory management, and operational execution
- Proven ability to operate cross-functionally, influence teams, and drive execution in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Highly organized with strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills required; ability to work comfortably with large data sets, reporting, and business analysis
Salary : $150,000
