About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth and expand partnerships with existing enterprise clients. You will lead the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — while positioning our platform as the preferred solution for tech skill development.
This role is ideal for a hunter-minded sales professional experienced in closing complex SaaS deals with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts through consultative, value-based selling.
- Manage complex sales cycles and navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
- Build territory and account plans to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (BDRs, CSRs, Product, and Marketing) to execute account strategies.
- Present strategic proposals to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Leverage the MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology to qualify, strategize, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline reporting.
Must-Have Skills:
✅ 7 years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience with proven new logo acquisition.
✅ Demonstrated success selling to technology executives (CIO, CTO, VP of Engineering, IT Leaders).
✅ Proven track record of closing $200K ACV deals and managing 9–12 month enterprise cycles.
✅ Experience driving 60% self-generated pipeline through outbound prospecting.
✅ Expertise using MEDDPICC (or similar frameworks) to manage multi-threaded enterprise deals.
✅ Consistent history of quota attainment (100% ) and role stability (2 years average tenure).
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud, DevOps, or data/AI ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagements.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and execute strategic account plans.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Preferred Skills:
⭐ Experience selling in EdTech, Developer Tools, or Cloud Security domains.
⭐ Track record of closing $500K enterprise deals.
⭐ Prior experience in consulting or professional services sales.
⭐ Familiarity with MEDDPICC qualification artifacts, decision process mapping, and mutual action plans.
