Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Operational Technology (OT) systems across multiple facilities.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of operational processes & OT systems to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform cross-facility requirements analysis to support a unified OT strategy.
- Develop long-term OT system optimization roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Prepare documentation including business requirements, process flows, system specifications, and roadmap recommendations.
- Stay updated on OT industry standards, trends, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting, wiring, and networking activities.
- Develop procedures and task instructions to ensure consistent system operations and maintenance.
Must Have:
- Proven experience gathering and analyzing requirements for OT systems across multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of OT environments, ICS, SCADA, PLCs, and networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, wiring, and networking in industrial settings.
- Expertise in documenting business requirements, workflows, and system specifications.
- Experience conducting cross-facility/process analysis to drive optimization and efficiency.
