FSE MANAGER – ROTARY & NON-ROTARY EQUIPMENT
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing, packaging (Food & Beverage), industrial automation or electrical/mechanical environments to join a global organization as an FSE Manager focused on Rotary & Non-Rotary Equipment.
This is an opportunity for candidates with strong field engineering and leadership experience who are passionate about operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development within industrial/manufacturing operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate Field Service activities and resources
• Drive workforce planning and optimize resource utilization
• Support technical skill development and team mentorship
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental standards
• Manage onsite installation and service operations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Act as a key point of coordination between Field Service Engineers and stakeholders
🎯 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in resource management and/or field engineering
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
• Experience with installation, commissioning, or service operations
• Field Service Engineering experience with rotary equipment is a strong plus
• Availability to travel (0% - 15%)
• Fluent English
• French speaking is considered an asset for the role, but it is not mandatory.
• Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese are considered a plus

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
