Enterprise Account Executive – Healthcare Services (Northeast)
Remote | Northeast Territory | OTE $200K
We're partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare services organization that is transforming how health systems address workforce shortages, patient access challenges, and operational efficiency. Backed by over two decades of industry success and significant investment into its commercial organization, the company is expanding its enterprise sales team and seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive growth across the Northeast region.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with major health systems, hospitals, and medical groups throughout the Northeast. You'll take a consultative approach to helping healthcare organizations solve critical workforce and care delivery challenges while driving new business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex enterprise sales environments, enjoys building executive-level relationships, and has a proven track record of closing six-figure healthcare services deals.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across the Northeast region
- Prospect, engage, and build relationships with healthcare executives and key decision-makers
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including clinical, operational, and financial leadership
- Consult with health systems to understand workforce and operational challenges and align tailored solutions
- Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach through contract execution
- Collaborate closely with business development representatives, sales leadership, and operational teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of enterprise healthcare sales experience
- Experience selling into health systems, hospitals, physician groups, or other provider organizations
- Proven ability to generate and close six-figure deals ($50K-$100K contract values)
- History of achieving $1M annual revenue or quota targets
- Established network within the Northeast healthcare market
- Comfortable engaging C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: up to $150,000
- On-Target Earnings: $200,000 Year One

Location
Remote. Candidates should reside within one hour of a major metropolitan area in the Northeast and be willing to travel as needed within the territory.
