About the Role
Terra is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate our expansion across Global 2000 and enterprise accounts. This is a senior IC role – ideal for a highly disciplined seller who thrives in complex enterprise cycles, excels at outbound pipeline creation, and can articulate deep technical value to CISO-level audiences. You’ll work closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to build territory strategy, drive high-quality discovery, and 6-7 figure ACV deals. You’ll turn early land deals into long-term, strategic partnerships that anchor Terra’s leadership in agentic AI-driven security.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow Enterprise pipeline through targeted outbound, executive networking, and channel partnerships
- Run complex, multi-threaded sales cycles using MEDDPPICC and disciplined forecasting
- Translate technical depth into business outcomes, delivering clear, data-backed narratives to CISOs and security leaders
- Lead evaluations and technical validations with SEs to shape POVs and demos
- Land and expand strategic accounts across the Northeast
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape competitive strategy, messaging, and customer insight
- Represent Terra at regional events, executive roundtables, and industry conferences
Who You Are
- 8 years Enterprise SaaS sales experience
- 3 years selling cybersecurity into Enterprise
- Proven track record owning 100k ACV cycles with high 6–7 figure expansion potential
- Strong outbound hunter with ability to build a territory from zero
- Deep experience selling to CISOs, AppSec, Cloud, and Security Architecture teams
- Exceptional communicator with strong executive presence
- Operates with urgency, precision, and a hands-on mentality
